What is chiropractic?

What to expect
Your first visit begins with an initial assessment, a conversation and physical examination that allows your chiropractor to understand your case, address your goals and any concerns or questions you may have. From there, your chiropractor will explain their diagnosis and propose a plan of management. Chiropractic care may include a combination of soft tissue therapy, chiropractic adjustments/ manipulation, rehabilitative exercise and patient education.
